AUDITIONS

Audition Workshop: Saturday, October 18th from 1:00 - 4:00PM in the BUHS Theater

Please arrive at 12:45PM with your Audition Form ready to check in
Wear comfortable clothes and shoes appropriate for dance
Adult Auditionees only - bring a copy of sheet music if you would like live accompaniment in auditions
Children will all be singing the same music (CD will be provided at the workshop)

Auditions: November 17, 18 & 20 in the BUHS Theater

Monday, November 17, 2008 : 6:00PM - 8:00PM (please check in starting at 5:30PM)
Principal Dance Ensemble Audition. Please plan to stay for entire audition.
Tuesday, November 18, 2008 : 6:00PM - 9:30PM (please check in starting at 5:30PM)
Lead & Ensemble vocal auditions. There will also be some modest dance. Please plan to stay for entire audition. Prepare to sing a song with accompaniment (no a cappella please), no long than 90 seconds. Please do not choose music from Joseph as that will be used in the Call-Backs. Vocal options will be provided if there is a need.
Thursday, November 20, 2008 : 5:00PM - 8:00PM (please check in starting at 4:30PM)
Children’s Vocal Ensemble Audition. Please plan to stay for entire audition. All children auditioning MUST pick up a copy of the CD for the audition (distributed at the Audition workshop) - all auditionees will perform the same song with emphasis on harmony. If you would like to acquire a copy of the CD prior to the auditions, please call 920-9100 or 920-2499
Parents - please plan to stay with your children.
Friday, November 21, 2008 : 5:30PM (please check in starting at 5:15PM)
Call Backs for Leads/Ensemble parts; no call-backs are anticipated for children's ensemble. If additional call-backs are necessary to make casting decisions, there will be another call-back time on Saturday morning, November 22 starting at 9:00AM.
