  • All ages!  We are an organization committed to providing performing arts education and opportunities for all ages. 

    It is our joy to see all ages in our community come together to bring this art form to Bishop.

  • Auditions are typically announced a few weeks on our website, Facebook, and Instagram before each production.

    No prior experience is required — we encourage everyone in the community to try out.

  • Playhouse 395  is a nonprofit organization funded by ticket sales, donations, sponsors, and volunteers. We rely on community support to continue bringing live theater to our area.

  • Tickets can be purchased online through our website or in person at the door before each performance.

    We recommend buying in advance since shows may sell out.

  • Yes! Season passes and memberships provide discounted tickets, early access to reservations, and other exclusive benefits.

  • Most of our productions are appropriate for all ages, though some shows may contain mature themes. Each show listing includes content guidance and age recommendations.

  • Playhouse 395 uses two primary locations:

    The Bishop Union High School Theatre and the Elks Lodge

    We do not have a permanent home so please check the current production page to verify where we are performing a particular show.
